Addendum – Domestic Flight Operation
- From 1st April 2017, Night transfers are available by a combination of Domestic flight and Speedboat.
- Below are the General Operations Procedures and Conditions.
- Sector: Male – Dharavandhoo Airport – Male
- Male to Dharavandhoo/ Dharavandhoo to Male (Per way) 25 Minutes by Air Plane
- Dharavandhoo to Adaaran Select Medhupparu / Adaaran Select Medhupparu to Dharavandhoo (Per way) 45 Minutes by Speed boat
- The Domestic Flight option is available only for arrivals and departure after 1700 Hrs (everyday).
Special Prices – Return Trip
- Per adult – $ 216.00 Nett
- Per kid – Normal (02 to 11.99 Years) – $ 109.00 Nett
- Per kid – Special (02 to 11.99 Years) – $ 16.00 Nett
- Infant (00 to 01.99 Years) – Complimentary

*Special transfer rates are valid for stays up to 31st October 2017
*Special kids transfer rates are valid when kids share the room with 02 parents
*Special kids transfer rates are valid for maximum 02 kids sharing the same room
*If there are more than 02 kids, normal kids transfer rate will be charged from additional child
Group Requests – Please require for a Special rate from the resort for groups above 20 pax.
Procedure,
1. The Resort must receive full arrival and departure details at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the seats. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the lounge or overnight in Male’ at the client’s additional expense.
2. The Resort Representatives will escort the Guests to the Domestic Terminal after receiving them at the Velana International Airport during the Arrival and the same service will be provided at the time of the Departure.
3. Flight timings will be available one day prior to the actual arrival/ departure date.
Important,
4. Flight delays: Should passengers be required to wait more than 2 (two) hours from the Scheduled time of Departure of Domestic flight, the Airline shall bear the cost of available lounge facilities, or provided snacks or regular meals if at breakfast, lunch or dinner times. However, the Airline will not be able to guarantee space availability at the airport lounge. The Airline’s Customer Service staff will assist passengers to the best of their ability under such circumstances.
Optional Services,
5. The Resort can make arrangements with the Lounge operator at the Velana International airport (MLE) Domestic Terminal at a cost to the Client of US$ 20.00 (Twenty US dollars) per passenger per entry (Regardless of the age). This will be invoiced along with transfers. Requests for lounge service have to be made 24 hours in advance, but availability is not guaranteed.
Baggage Allowance,
6. Each passenger may carry 25 (twenty five) Kg of checked luggage and 5 (five) Kg of hand luggage free of charge. The Airline reserves the right to charge US $ 2.00 (United States Dollars Two) per Kg one-way for excess baggage.
Cancellations,
7. All cancellations or change of reservations, should be made at least 72 (Seventy two) hours in advance to the date of passenger’s intended travel
