All passengers were requested to arrive at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) 4 hours prior to departure from today (18) as delays could occur because of renovation due to take place at the BIA, Srilankan Airlines said in a travel alert yesterday. It informed that the renovation work could affect the services of the emigration counter located at the departure terminal of the BIA.
“Srilankan Airlines would like to express our sincere apologies for inconveniencing our passengers and appreciate your patience, understanding and usual co-operation under these circumstances that are beyond the control of the airline,” it said.
