As a popular member of the Sri Lankan hospitality field successfully operating close to the wildlife zone in the South of Sri Lanka for over 20 years, we, at Hotel Chandrika (Member of Chandrika Group, Tissamaharama) have always been guest-oriented and intent on giving our best services to our valuable patrons.
During the past few years, with customer satisfaction as our main focus, we have continued expansion and upgrading our establishment and today, we are happy to announce that we have been able to approach 4-Star category, with our hard work and dedication, and your valuable support which we are grateful to you for. To highlight our new status and look, we have launched a Rebranding Process, which will blend better with our new ideas, our culture and our world famous Sri Lankan authenticity. Therefore, we have decided to rebrand Hotel Chandrika, Tissamaharama as CHAARYA RESORT AND SPA, Tissamaharama. Along with our new brand and logo our patrons will experience better comfort and a more personalized service.
Chaarya Resort and Spa is now a beautiful and well designed property and our patrons will notice a subtle shift in service and attitude that will give a more gracious and
satisfying guest experience. Our management and staff have been already streamlined, and highly trained members have been added to meet the newly acquired standards. Our fully equipped Spa and Gym has already started operations. We will continue updating our Patrons and Business associates on our new procedures which will benefit all parties concerned.
As the necessary formalities are not fully completed, our name will continue for correspondence until further notice. All aspects with regard to our mutual agreements will also continue. We will appreciate your valuable support for our new endeavors.
